Return & Refund Policy

Bio-Nutrics Pty Ltd offers a 14-day money back guarantee on supplements, provided the product has not been opened and is faulty or defective.

If you would like to return or exchange a product, please fill out a return request form and we will send you a Return Merchandise Form. Simply return (via mail) the complete form and your merchandise to Bio-Nutrics Pty Ltd - Suite 289, 66 Kingsway, Glen Waverley, Vic. 3150 within 14 days of purchase. We will then refund your purchase price less any postage originally charged for sending the merchandise to you.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will refund the purchase price less postage back into your account (if paid by credit card) or send you a refund cheque (if paid by cheque, cash or money order) within 1-2 weeks of receipt of the returned merchandise.
