Shipping / Delivery Policy
All domestic and international parcels/packages are delivered by Australia Post. Some items will be delivered by receipted delivery which will require a signature from you confirming receipt of these goods. Delivery policy and costs are as stated below. Please allow a further 5 days if paying by cheque or money order.
All payments will be processed on the next business working day. For credit card transactions the merchant name which will appear on your statement will read Bio Nutrics Pty Ltd.
Delivery within Australia
Please refer to the following delivery periods as an indicative guide only:
- - Melbourne - delivery approx 1 week.
- - All other locations within Australia – please allow for up to two weeks
Delivery Internationally
Please refer to the following delivery periods as an indicative guide only:
- - All locations worldwide - delivery within 1-4 weeks.
Pricing Policy
Products purchased within Australia attract 10% GST. The prices advertised in www.bionutrics.com.au include 10% GST. International customers are exempt from this tax. In addition delivery charges will apply.
